Ambassador Atul Keshap joined Under Secretary of State Tom Shannon and Assistant Secretary Nisha Biswal at the inaugural U.S.-Sri Lanka Partnership Dialogue in Washington D.C. Ambassador Shannon told the Sri Lankan delegation led by Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera the U.S. looks forward to broadening and strengthening its relationship with Sri Lanka on the basis of these candid and constructive conversations.
